She and partner Brian Macdonald have worked diligently for years to grow their partnership into a Top Producing Team (Top 20%) in the state of Colorado.
Brooke, a Certified Negotiation Expert, knew from an early age that she had a natural ability to sell, and a love for market data. She co-owned a fix-and-flip business in Maitland, Florida where her responsibilities were property search, overseeing construction crews, and selling the finished homes. She took a 40-acre parcel, Rice Lake Estates, through site development, engineering, and sale. In 2006 she moved to Boulder, where her passion for sustainable building led her to a position as Contractor Liaison. After losing her home in the Four Mile Fire, she re-built her home to German PassivHaus standards, receiving a perfect “0” HERS rating score on the home’s energy usage.
What does her experience mean for you? She has extensive knowledge in advising sellers on optimizing their home presentation, obtaining the highest sale price, and advising buyers on renovation possibilities, including energy efficiency with their purchase. She has won the International President's Circle Award for Excellence every year, from 2016 to the present.
