Lush, mature landscapes blanket Newlands, stretching out across the neighborhood in the form of manicured lawns, tree-lined streets, and a plethora of well-maintained parks.
Established in 1871, Newlands was developed on the fertile soil of what was previously a large orchard. Apple trees still speckle contemporary properties conveniently located within a short walk of parks, restaurants, and local shopping. The North Boulder Recreation Center is additionally nearby, and the area’s position adjacent to Colorado State Highway 7 provides residents with a quick route to Boulder’s best commercial districts.

Architecturally diverse, Newlands contains homes spanning from pre-1940s beauties to Craftsman bungalows and modern new-builds loaded with sleek, contemporary designs.
